Research & DevelopmentNot all wounds of war are visible. We have been working with Military Ministry's Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Task Force since 2007 seeking to find spiritual solutions for the trauma experienced by many of our service men and women in the course of their service in war. The books Combat Trauma Healing Manual - written for combat veterans - and When War Comes Home - written for the wives of combat veterans - have been received with excitement and gratitude by veterans of all eras and their wives. We helped to develop education and training resources for churches to help them become bridges to healing for these returning veterans. To get more information on this project visit www.ptsdhealing.org. We encourage you to watch the 9-minute video "Bridges to Healing" on that site. We are currently working on a third book in the "Bridges to Healing Series" which will address the issues being faced by the parents of veterans. This forgotten group often faces the pain of being "off the map" when their adult children, veterans of combat, are struggling with reintegration and post-traumatic stress. How do they help when help isn't wanted or the need for help isn't even recognized? Pray for us as we research, study and write. For more information contact us at: Thanks! last updated: 08/26/2010
